Appartement Renaissance offers accommodation in Lyon's Old Town, 500 metres from the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon and 500 metres from Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourviere. Set in a Traboule alleyway, the unit is 800 metres from Opera National de Lyon. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
Overlooking the internal courtyard, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. A flat-screen TV is offered.

一年一度的重陽節即將來到，台南囝仔莫益維外出打拚有成，在台南市議員李維胤和台南市社會局的協助下，今（26）日、明日連續兩天，在台南市安平區舉辦「貴族世家市政店重陽敬老邀長者共餐」活動，總共邀請南區、安平區50位獨居長者吃排餐。
貴族世家市政店老闆莫益維表示，他是土生土長的台南人，高中以後才搬到高雄，打拚10多年後，到高雄開了兩家分店，每年重陽節一定結合地方政府回饋社會，邀請社區弱勢族群前來店內共餐。
莫益維說，今年他剛接下貴族世家市政店，首次回台南市故鄉舉辦，在台南市議員呂維胤、台南市政府照顧服務管理中心的協助下，才邀請這些獨居長輩共餐，他覺得非常榮幸。
呂維胤表示，自己來自弱勢家庭，小時候因爸爸生病差點沒錢讀書，在求學路上受過很多人的幫助，他很感謝莫老闆這種愛心企業家，默默的為這社會做出貢獻與付出，也呼籲社會大眾在重陽節前夕，共襄盛舉。
